Aotearoa Sunrise

Aotearoa Sunrise is a collection of short stories in a variety of styles from realist to slightly surreal, parody to drama. It is the author's hope that these stories will move their readers to laugh, cry or think or, perhaps, all three simultaneously.

So whether you laugh at the satire of "Quentin Tarentino's Mum gets her Smoothie" or chuckle at the surrealist absurdity of "The Big Game", whether you are moved by the plight of the elderly in "Ill Wind" or shocked by the experience of the mother in "A Moment's Inattention", it is Andrew M. Bell's fervent wish that you leave these stories with a lighter, more loving heart. Enjoy!
